WELCOME HAMMERS!
All those sharky friends born between: January 21st - February 18th
No two Hammerheads are alike! Known as being the friendliest shark sign, Hammers are fiercely independent, intelligent and idealistic individuals. This shark sign is known for being extremely stubborn, unpredictable and for their directness.. which stings feelings from time to time.
Hammerheads are very private and they'd like to keep it that way- having their own space and alone time is vital. These sharks are lively, sociable and they make for faithful friends that should be treasured (once you get a Hammer you’re crew for life)!

With a love of research and exploration, these sharks excel in science-based careers, owning their own business, or in roles that allow their unique creativity to flourish like art or design. Hammerheads are passionate, nature-loving and powerfully drawn toward humanitarian efforts- they're the first sign to jump in and help however/where ever is needed.
Hammers have a strong sense of social justice and making the world a better place for those that come after them. These sharks are big-picture thinkers who see the connectivity that eludes other signs and their passion runs deep as it's reflected in whatever they do.
Hammerhead's Secret Weapon:
HUMANITARIAN- These sharks believe in and can see the goodness in people, even when they don't see it within themselves. Hammers use their open-mindedness and artistic flare to find ways to lighten the mood and lift people up. Their easy going, go- with-the-flow attitudes means life won't get them down or dissuade them from their goal of leaving the world better than they found it.
Hammerhead Sharks as Friends:
Tell me your life story! Hammerheads are great listeners and natural questioners who can draw out anyone to tell their story. This shark sign enjoys connecting with other people and can easily fit in with a group of strangers- sure to leave with new friends.
Hammerhead Shark Challenges:
As big-picture thinkers, this shark sign has a strong value system that prioritizes people who need them the most and sometimes that really irks the people in their lives. As a result, Hammers sometimes are accused of not caring about individual relationships or that they hold their work at a higher value. Being better with clear communication is key in avoiding these types of issues, hurt feelings or eventual resentment from loved ones.
